Switch between Draw Border and Draw Border Grid : Cell Border « Format Style « Microsoft Office Excel 2007 Tutorial

Click the Home tab. 
           Click the Borders button arrow. 
           Click Draw Border or Draw Border Grid

Hold down the Ctrl key to switch to the other border drawing cursor.
