Click the Start menu. 
           Point to All Programs. 
           Then click Microsoft Office. 
           Then right-click Microsoft Office Excel 2007 and point to Send To. 
           And then click Desktop (Create Shortcut).
Then right-click Microsoft Office Excel 2007 and point to Send To. And then click Desktop (Create Shortcut).
