Click the Microsoft Office button. Click Word Options.
Click Word Options (or press I).
Click Advanced. Scroll down until you see Compatibility options
Scroll down until you see Compatibility options
Click the plus sign (+) next to Layout Options. 
          Click to select or deselect any options to fix compatibility.
Click to select or deselect any options to fix compatibility from the list.
Click OK to accept changes.
