Click the Office button, and then click Excel Options.

In the left pane, click Add-Ins. 
           Click the Manage list arrow, and then click the add-in list:
           COM Add-ins.
           Excel Add-ins.
           Smart Tags.
           XML Expansion Pack.
           Disabled Items.

Click Go.

Click OK.
