Select the objects. Click the Format tab under Drawing Tools. Click the Align button.

Click Snap to Grid to align the objects relative to the worksheet grid.
           Click Snap to Shape to align the objects relative to each other.
           Click Distribute Horizontally to evenly distribute the objects horizontally.
           Click Distribute Vertically to evenly distribute the objects vertically.
