Select a range. 
           The sum, average, and count of the selected cells appears on the status bar by default.

If you want to change the calculations on the Status bar, right-click anywhere on the Status bar to display a shortcut menu.

The right side of the menu displays the current values for the different calculations.

Click to toggle (on or off) the available types of calculations: Average, Count, Numerical Count, Minimum, Maximum, Sum
