Select the chart element. 
           Click the Layout tab under Chart Tools. 
           Click the Axes button

Point to Primary Horizontal Axis, 
           and then click More Primary Horizontal Axis Options.

Point to Primary Vertical Axis, 
           and then click More Primary Vertical Axis Options.
