Copy cell formats with Format Painter : Table Format « Table « Microsoft Office Excel 2007 Tutorial

Select the cell or range. 
           Double-click the Format Painter button on the Home tab

Select the cells to copy the style. 
           When you are done, click the Format Painter button again to turn it off
