Choose how to fill the selection : Cell Fill « Editing « Microsoft Office Excel 2007 Tutorial

Enter 10 in A1. 
           Position the pointer on the lower-right corner of the selected cell. 
           The pointer changes to the fill handle.

Drag the fill handle over the range you want the value repeated. 
           Click the AutoFill Options button.

Then click the option you want.
