The Message Bar appears below the Ribbon when a potential problem arises.
Click the Office button, and then click Excel Options.

In the left pane, click Trust Center.
Then click Trust Center Settings.

In the left pane, click Message Bar. Select the option:
Show the Message Bar in all applications when content has been blocked, or
Never show information about blocked content.
