Unlike previous Java updates, the latest requires all previous versions be removed otherwise you get error message 25099. Neither Add/Remove programs nor Taskmaster find all previous versions. You have to use JavaRa since even the tiniest fragment will give you error 25099. Even an empty folder labeled "Java" is enough to prevent the upgrade.
