While reading "hibernate in Action" Chapter4 Topic(Using Transitive Persistence in hibernate) i came across these lines ""Neither Hibernate nor other ORM solutions implement this form(pure form of persistence by reachability); there is no analog of the root persistent object in an SQL database and no persistent garbage collector that can detect unreferenced instances.""
