1. NetTracker
By:Sane Solutions
License:Commercial
URL:http://www.sane.com/
Description:NetTracker provides an enterprise user interface to quickly channel only the essential metrics to each enterprise user based on their role and technical skill level. End users can use NetTracker's hierarchical reporting to review top-level dashboards, investigate details behind any metrics reported, or customize reports to extract specific data. Because NetTracker stores Web data in a database, custom reporting and investigation into individual visitor clickstreams can be instantaneously performed by end users, without having to wait for IT or a third-party vendor to reprocess any Web data.

2. WebWatcher
By:Daniel Lemire
License:GPL
URL:http://webwatcher.sourceforge.net/
Description:WebWatcher is an exciting little program. Essentially, it can be used to monitor several pages and warn you as soon as they change. So, instead of always coming back to pages that never change, you can actually only visit your favorite web sites when they have changed. It can also be used for looking into online databases (such as job database) for new items (like new jobs). With time, it will be used to monitor prices on web sites and even allow you to get instantly the best price for an item.

3. Clickstream
By:OpenSymphony
License:OpenSource
URL:http://www.opensymphony.com/clickstream/
Description:Utility to track the current users on your site, and where they've been in detail. This allows you to track 'click streams' or 'traffic paths' across your site. Please visit the JIRA change log to see the latest developments in Clickstream.
