jQuery Selector [attribute=value] by attribute equal

Introduction

The [attribute=value] selector selects elements by attribute value.

Syntax 

$("[attribute=value]")
Parameter Optional Description
attribute Required. the attribute to find
value Required.the value to find

Select every element containing an id attribute with the value "choose":
