Java Integer Create toInt(String str)

Description

Convert a String to an int, returning zero if the conversion fails.

If the string is null, zero is returned.

 NumberUtils.toInt(null) = 0 NumberUtils.toInt("")   = 0 NumberUtils.toInt("1")  = 1
