Oracle Analytic Function - Oracle/PLSQL REGR_SYY Function

REGR_SYY(y, x) returns REG_COUNT(y, x) * VAR_POP (y).

y is interpreted by the functions as a variable that depends on x.

REGR_SYY can work with aggregate, windowing, or reporting functions.
