Description
Convert ToString(Byte, IFormatProvider)
converts
the value of the specified 8-bit unsigned integer to its equivalent string
representation, using the specified culture-specific formatting information.
Syntax

Parameters
Convert.ToString(Byte, IFormatProvider)
has the following parameters.
value
