Set the Default Target Frame for All Hyperlinks : Hyperlink « Collaboration « Microsoft Office Word 2007 Tutorial

Click the Insert tab. Click the Hyperlink button.

Click Target Frame.

Click the frame for the destination of the hyperlink.

Select the Set as default for all hyperlinks.
