Click the Insert tab.
Click the Table button
Then click Draw Table.
Drag to draw a rectangle creates individual cells or the table boundaries.
Draw a horizontal lines create rows.
Draw vertical lines create columns.
Diagonal lines split cells.
When you're done, click outside of the table.
