Select the objects.

Then click the Format tab under Drawing or Text Box Tools.

Click the Align button

Then click Grid Settings.

Then enter a value for the vertical and horizontal gridlines.

Select or clear the Display grid on screen check box.

Select or clear the Vertical every check box

Click OK.
