Select the text box. 
          Then choose Text Box, Save Selection to Text Box Gallery

The Create New Building Block dialog box appears.
          You can type a name and description.
          By default, the text box is assigned to the General category. 
          You can save the text box in Building Blocks.dotx or Normal.dotm
