Zoom a Document in Print Preview : Print « Style Formatting « Microsoft Office Word 2007 Tutorial

Click the Office button

Then point to Print. Then click Print Preview.

Select the Magnifier check box.

The cursor changes to the Zoom pointer. 
          Position the Zoom pointer on the document then click it to enlarge a specific area.

Right-click it to reduce a specific area of the page.
