Apply(Copy) the format to more than one item : Format Painter « Style Formatting « Microsoft Office Word 2007 Tutorial

3. Format Painter

Select the text.

Click the Home tab.

Double-click the Format Painter button.

Drag to select the text or click the object to apply the format

Press Esc when you're done.
