'resizeBy()' Syntax, Parameters and Note

Note:

Resizes the window by the specified values, preserving the window's 
left and top positions.
    
Syntax:
    
window.resizeBy(param1, param2)

Parameters:
    param1   Required; the number of pixels by which to resize the width.
    param2   Required; the number of pixels by which to resize the height.
